Ronni Farrell, Self Portrait, NFS
Ronni Farrell was born and raised on Staten Island, NY. Following high school, she graduated from Fordham University.

Ronni moved to Provincetown in the mid-seventies and to Truro when she bought land and built her home in 1999-2000. As a general contractor with a deep concern for the environmental impact of development, she served on the Truro Energy Committee during 2010-11, helping Truro become eligible for Green Community status. Prior to that she had served on Truro's Building Committee.

She was a lover of animals, a passionate organic gardener who built her own greenhouse and an accomplished artist and musician. She followed the Patriots with fervor! In her art, Ronni included these themes in her paintings as well as holiday interpretations, depictions of local life and all things she was passionate about. First working in oils, she transferred completely to acrylics, preferring not subject herself or the environment to any toxic elements.

A Celebration of Ronni’s Life was held on September 21 at Post Office Gallery in North Truro, Massacusetts, a sister gallery to Larkin Gallery.
